Featuring multiple shed roofs over each room to fuse striking lines and an efficient blueprint, the Modern Loft-Haus is a new take on our original Caboose lofted design. Combining rustic accents and oversized windows within an overall western contemporary design, this cabin’s textures and points of detail give it an inviting feel that appeals to all senses. The 140 square foot loft area gives flexibility for extra bedding or storage, and this model can be situated horizontally with additional glass sliding doors to take advantage of beautiful vistas on your property. Solid surface countertops paired with high grade ⅝” cabinetry and soft close doors and all the necessary hardware, fixtures, and appliances make the space feel luxurious yet convenient — we take care of the complicated decisions so you can focus on furnishing. The bathroom maximizes space and efficiency with a European style glass shower, full tile in the bathroom, high end fixtures, and a closet large enough for both an optional combo washer/dryer and a linen shelf. Most owners add a large deck across the front for optimal entertaining and to double the total square feet of living space.
